Get the tracker's site configuration
GET
What the tracker reads on each page load: the site's tracking settings (what to capture and how), the session replay settings, and whether to honor Global Privacy Control. No credential; cacheable for 60 seconds. 404 for an unknown site, 429 past its own per-client rate limit.
