Get a boundary map tile

One XYZ vector tile (Mapbox Vector Tile) of the country and region boundaries the dashboard's maps draw (source layers countries and regions, keyed by code), for Mapbox GL JS or MapLibre GL JS; the URL template is in GET /api/v1/config (maps.boundaries). Public. With ?v= set to the archive's ETag it is cached for a day as immutable, otherwise for five minutes; 204 for an empty tile, 404 outside the archive or when the instance has none.
